Today, I will explain how and why cellulite enters and what you can do. The loss of some women in life can make the skin attractive and, from what I was told, it forces some women to change the clothes they choose to buy and use. Cellulite produces a lump or “orange peel” appearance on the surface of the skin. Most of the time, you will find fat in the buttocks, thighs and calves, as well as on the stomach, upper arms and chest areas.
Cellulite is usually accompanied by stretch marks. It is also associated with problems with circulation, swelling and water retention (edema). These are not ideal. Some women have found that having cellulite is a significant loss of confidence that can really affect their lives in a negative way. Cellulite is harmless and is sometimes called an aesthetic condition. I know people who contract pain and sensitive cellulite (cupping for cellulite). For aesthetic reasons, most people want to get rid of it.
I think cellulite is an indicator of other problems in the body and certainly not a sign of healthy organization. We will discuss the effects of food, exercise, hormones, circulation, dehydration and fluid retention, which play an important role. Cellulite is not unique to overweight people, and many thin women also suffer from it. Even models and Olympic athletes do.
So, what is the reason for cellulite?
The causes of cellulite are manifold. Anatomically or structurally, the cellulite is caused by a collagen fiber connecting line that connects the skin to the underlying muscle. As fat cells swell, they attach to the attached skin, causing uneven or uneven skin appearance. Cellulite generally affects women. Cellulite does not appear overnight, it has long-term effects and increases over several years rather than months. If you have it, it is because everything that has caused this has happened for a while. Weight gain and/or body fat increase occurs before cellulite formation.
The cause of cellulite is interdependent. Hormone estrogen is a major problem in the formation of cellulite (ready to learn more about hormones, especially in next week’s article). I would also say that lifestyle and toxins have a big impact on cellulite levels for the same reason: estrogen.
For example, in the long run, eating a lot of highly processed food will interrupt your hormones. This, combined with other factors, such as a lack of exercise and dehydration, can lead to weight gain, water retention, circulation and loss of cellulitis, which will eventually appear on you.
Fat cells are broken. Usually, fat cells do not work properly. Toxins mean your liver will be eliminated from your system. When your liver is overwhelmed, you can’t finish your job. Then, the toxins present in our food and environment are pushed back into the blood and then absorbed by the fat cells. In the long run, high concentrations of pesticides and other toxins mean the body needs to create more fat-absorbing toxins or “clean debris.” These toxins are present in fat cells where they can be stored for many years and cause oxidation/inflammation (free radical damage).
Toxins are stored in the cell membrane and become resistant and impervious, making fat more difficult to disappear. Continued exposure to all of the toxins in the world can make their fat cells toxic and soon become cellulite. Fat cells are usually comfortable and soft, but once these harmful toxins enter the fat cells, they deform and form small bumps on the outside of the skin.
Exercise is also an important factor in determining whether you have cellulite. The more you exercise, the less likely you are to have cellulite. There is also strong evidence that genetics is important to determine if it will infect cellulite, especially cellulite (cupping for cellulite). Look at your recent family members, if they have cellulite, you may get it in the same place. Cellulite will not only affect people who are overweight, but also affect us. Many of my slimming clients have cellulite and have a body fat content of more than 35%. This is called “thin fat.”
Why are some women working together?
It has been suggested that collagen in fibrous connective tissue (which connects the skin to the underlying tissue) may be an important factor for some women to suffer and others unacceptable. Collagen is formed in the body, and the main matrix (or building material) of collagen is: vitamin C, valine, lysine, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate. Then, in theory, supplemental products such as collagen formulations will help reduce the formation of cellulite. The size of the cellulite group is also known as the Nurnberger-Muller scale.
Proceed as follows:
- In Stage 0 shows no depression in the supine or standing position, pinch test shows skin folds. But there is no visible cellulite. When lying down or standing, the first stage did not show a depression, but the skin had cellulite when squeezed.
- In stage 2, cellulitis is only visible in the standing position, but not in the supine position. In the third stage, a person has obvious pits, standing upright and lying, and may have raised areas and nodules.
How can we get rid of him?
Before considering the best way to eliminate it, I want to say what doesn’t work. In today’s world, the obvious solution to all our problems seems to be a problem. Pills or creams do not adequately eliminate cellulite or long-term elimination of cellulite. So, ladies, don’t spend money on expensive pills and lotions.
